The problem
The adoption journey was fragmented and unintuitive, requiring high effort from both NGOs and adopters. Lack of clear information and structure made decision-making harder and reduced adoption completion.
The solution
I worked on the adoption experience design, restructuring the information architecture, simplifying flows, and creating a clearer and more empathetic interface.
